Breath, Body, Energy & Manifestation
Change doesn't start in your head. It starts in your body.
A city retreat built entirely around the Holosomatic® Method, which brings six practices into one arc: breathwork, bodywork, energy activation, manifestation, NLP and mindset work — sequenced across a weekend so each session builds on the last.
When the body lets go of what it has been holding, the mind stops arguing with it — and clarity arrives on its own.

Choose practices to carry into your everyday life.
The science behind it
Research shows that conscious breathing, safe somatic touch and vibrational sound can regulate the autonomic nervous system, support trauma recovery and increase neuroplasticity — the brain's capacity to heal and grow. That is the ground this retreat stands on.
Radboud University Medical Center
Controlled breathing combined with cold exposure was shown to influence the autonomic nervous system and dampen the body's inflammatory response — previously believed to be beyond voluntary control.
Vagus nerve research
Slow, conscious breathing increases vagal tone, shifting the body out of sympathetic stress into a parasympathetic state where recovery, digestion and rest become possible.
Brighton & Sussex Medical School
Interoception — the brain's ability to sense internal bodily signals — is directly linked to emotional regulation, and improves with practices that train attention on breath and body.
