The session

How people leave.

The clearest thing about this work is what happens at the end of it. Faces change. Voices come back half an octave lower. People return to camera looking like they've been somewhere, and most of them don't want to speak yet.

Then there's the part that arrives later. You sleep differently that night. In the morning your shoulders sit lower than they have in months. Something you'd been carrying into every conversation last week isn't in the room with you anymore.

That's what two hours can do. Not a fix — a shift you can feel in your own body.

Your Holosomatic® journey

Three guided stages, moving from activation into release and presence.

  1. 01

    Breathwork

Return to the breath for a deeper activation. Breath, movement and conscious bodywork support emotional release, expanded awareness and a deeper state of presence.

  2. 02

    Bodywork

Reconnect with your body through conscious breathing, movement and somatic activation. Awaken your energy, deepen body awareness and prepare your nervous system for the journey.

  3. 03

    Energy activation

Alexis guides you into a more receptive state, supporting the natural movement of energy through the body. Soften, turn inward, become aware of your energetic experience.

Who's in the room

Is this experience for you?

Not for you if you're after a talk about the nervous system. You'll be on the floor with your eyes covered, breathing hard.

  • First-time explorers

New to breathwork, somatic practice or energy work, and want to meet the Holosomatic® Method in a safe, guided setting.

  • Those seeking deeper release

Feeling emotionally stuck, disconnected from the body, or ready to release tension and reconnect on a deeper level.

  • Practitioners & future facilitators

Coaches, facilitators, healers and aspiring facilitators who want to feel how breath, body and energy work together — from the person who built the method.

  • What it may support

Body and breath connection · emotional or physical release · energy and vitality · presence and clarity · intuition · renewed connection with yourself.

I was honestly surprised by how powerful the breath can be and how much you can experience simply by allowing yourself to breathe and be present. I felt supported and comfortable, which made it easier to surrender to the experience.

Get prepared

Setting up your room.

  • Your space

Floor, not bed. Enough room to lie flat with your arms out, a mat or blanket under you and another over you. Phone in another room, door shut, housemates told.

  • What to bring

Yoga mat or soft surface, small blanket, eye mask or blindfold, water within reach, notebook and pen. Headphones rather than speakers.

  • Before you start

Nothing to eat for two hours beforehand. Wear comfortable layers you can move, breathe and rest in. Join 5–10 minutes early to settle in and check your sound.

  • Afterwards

Leave the hour after the session free. Avoid rushing into work, intense conversations or digital distractions — the integration is part of the experience.

Safety

Powerful work, held with care.

This work is powerful, so it isn't right for everyone on every day. Not recommended during pregnancy, or with epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, aneurysm, recent surgery or injury, or a diagnosis of bipolar disorder or psychosis. If you are in treatment for a mental health condition, speak to your practitioner first. Participation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol, drugs or psychedelics within the last 24 hours, or after extended fasting. Asthma is fine if you bring your prescribed inhaler.

If you live with anxiety, PTSD or panic attacks, this work can support you and it should be entered with care. The online format is calibrated for a body practising alone at home: more regulation, slower pacing, less intensity than onsite. You choose your depth throughout and you can stop at any moment.

Unsure? Write to contact@innercamp.com. We'll answer honestly, including when the answer is “not this one.”
