Junior Customer Service Representative
The first human our students meet. You answer with care, keep our operations tidy and help people feel held from their first email onwards.
What you'll do
- Answer students by email, chat, phone and social media
- Explain programmes and events clearly and accurately
- Support students with account and payment questions
- Keep files, spreadsheets, CRMs and databases in order
- Help coordinate online and onsite events
What we're looking for
- Degree in social sciences, business administration or similar
- At least 6 months in customer service or a similar role
- Fluent English, C1 or above, written and spoken
- Organised, proactive, tech-savvy and reliable when working remotely
- Kindness and empathy — non-negotiable
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Work from anywhere.

Social Media Manager

- Own the social strategy across every platform
- Build content pillars, campaigns and growth plans
- Lead the calendar and brief the creative team
- Turn brand identity into consistent digital storytelling
- Read the data and evolve the approach
What we're looking for
- 5+ years as Social Media Manager for established brands
- A track record of growing and elevating accounts
- Experience in wellness, self-development or transformational education is a plus
- Strategic and creative in equal measure
30–40 hours per week. Fully remote.
