Withdraw from a contract

If you are an EU consumer and your order is eligible, you can withdraw from it here.

    Have your order number and the email address used at checkout ready.

    Open the withdrawal form and enter your details — we use them to match your order.

  3. 3

    Choose a reason if you wish, then confirm. You receive a written confirmation with a reference.
